Fees for services provided by the firm's attorneys are negotiable and may be determined on an hourly basis, a result-oriented contingent fee basis, with compensation dependent upon the outcome of the dispute, or a blended arrangement with both an hourly and contingent fee component. Prior to undertaking representation, the terms and conditions of the attorney/client relationship will be discussed with you in detail to ensure a mutually acceptable arrangement is established.
