| Julianne M. Spatz
Julianne practices in the areas of probate, guardianships, immigration , civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, corporate matters and personal injury. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the Supreme Court of Nebraska, and state district and county courts. Additionally, Julianne belongs to the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Lincoln Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Julianne is married to John Spatz and they have a son, Evan Spatz. She loves to travel and spend time with her family, friends and dogs, Jade and Jolie. Julianne is on the board of directors for Region V Foundation and the Mayor's Committee for International Friendship.

Julianne M. Spatz was born in Omaha, Nebraska and lived there until she attended college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2002, she received her bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Communication Studies. After graduation, Julianne remained in Lincoln to attend law school, where she was a G. Robert Muchemore Scholar, a member of the Nebraska Law Review, and a College of Law Ambassador. At the close of her law school career, the law school faculty honored Julianne by electing her to the Order of the Coif, a national law scholastic honorary society. Julianne earned her Juris Doctorate with distinction in 2004.
